Mama, I haz ur sticky flag

I was trying to get some paperwork done at home last weekend. Jo Jo played on the desk next to me while I was at the computer. I kept misplacing things ... actually, the Fluffy Velociraptor kept moving things. At one point, I noticed that she grabbed up a sticky flag from one of the documents and just stood there with it as though waiting to hand it to me. It was so cute that I took her picture.

But then she looked so surprised that I did that and she tried to drop the sticky flag. But true to its name, it stuck to her beak. Very funny, except that she started freaking out! Chaos ensued ... papers and paperclips went flying as I tried to grab off the flag from a squirming, wriggly bird, as she was frantically trying to dislodge it herself. During the struggle, the black pen next to her went rolling off the desk and landed on the floor.

Of course, I stepped on it and it broke, leaking red permanent ink all over the floor. When I looked up, she had the sticky flag back in her mouth and was standing there watching me as if none of that had just occurred! The caption probably should read "What? It's mine." lol [link]
